Yes — I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield.
If you have a different insurance provider, I’m happy to provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement, depending on your benefits.

Sessions are relaxed, real, and focused on you. We’ll usually start by checking in — what’s been on your mind, what’s feeling heavy, or what’s going well. From there, we’ll dig into whatever’s coming up for you, whether it’s emotions, relationships, stress, or patterns you want to change.
I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer reflections, and help you make sense of what you’re experiencing. Some days might feel more focused on insight, and other days might be about learning practical tools you can take into your daily life.
It’s a collaborative process — you set the pace, and I’ll be there to support you, challenge you when needed, and hold space for whatever comes up.

You can click the Book Now or Schedule an Appointment button to get started. I also offer free consultations if you'd like to see if we’re a good fit or if you just have a few questions before diving in. I'm happy to connect and help you take that first step.

I understand that life happens — things come up, and sometimes you need to reschedule. I do my best to be flexible and work with clients when unexpected situations arise.
That said, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee. This helps me hold space for all clients and manage my schedule fairly.
If something urgent comes up, please reach out — I’m always open to having a conversation.

I work with adults and young adults who are navigating life changes, anxiety, depression, or just going through a difficult life transition. Many of my clients have been carrying things for a while and are finally ready to explore what’s underneath — even if they’re not sure where to start. I support people working through self-doubt, relationship stress, burnout, and those who want to build healthier coping skills and feel more grounded in their daily life.
I also have extensive experience working with parents and children, especially around emotional and behavioral challenges. I often support parents who are trying to better understand and connect with their kids, while learning tools that bring more calm and structure to the home.
Whether you're looking for support for yourself or your family, I offer a space where you can feel understood, challenged in a supportive way, and empowered to grow.

I use a mix of evidence-based approaches, tailored to what each client needs. I often draw from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to help shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) for building emotional regulation, mindfulness, and distress tolerance skills. I’m also trained in trauma-focused DBT, which brings a more sensitive and supportive lens to working through trauma.
I'm trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful method for helping people process and heal from past traumatic experiences. For clients feeling stuck in old patterns or memories, EMDR can offer a path forward when talk therapy alone hasn’t been enough.
I also use Motivational Interviewing to support clients who feel unsure about change — it’s a collaborative approach that helps you reconnect with your goals, values, and strengths.
Most importantly, I keep therapy grounded and personal. We’ll figure out what works best for you and build from there.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Colorado State University and completed my Master’s in Social Work at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in various residential treatment settings, supporting individuals with anxiety, OCD, depression, and addiction, as well as children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral challenges. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health, and I’m excited to bring that expertise into an outpatient setting. Working one-on-one with clients in a more personal, consistent way is something I truly value, and I’m honored to be able to help people make meaningful change in their lives.

I love spending time outdoors, whether it’s backpacking in the mountains, fly fishing with my wife, or floating the rivers. Staying active and moving my body is how I recharge and manage stress. Trail running is a favorite of mine, especially when I can immerse myself in nature and take in the beauty of the landscape and wildlife. I have a deep love for wildlife and often draw strength from observing their resilience and unique attributes — they remind me of the power we all have to overcome challenges. Nature has a way of teaching me valuable lessons, and I try to carry those lessons with me as I move through life.

I charge $250 per session, but I understand that financial circumstances can vary. I don’t want cost to be a barrier to therapy, and I offer a sliding scale based on your individual needs. Please don’t hesitate to reach out — I’m committed to helping you, and we can find a way to make therapy more accessible for you.

I just really love animals. They give me so much inspiration, and I connect with wildlife in a way that fills me up. These are just a few of my favorites that I wanted to share. If you ever want to talk animals, swap cool facts, or just chat about your favorites, I’m all ears!

I chose “Elevate” because it’s all about rising to your full potential, finding your best self, and moving forward towards your goals. Living here, high in the mountains, gives me a constant reminder of how we can always grow and soar, just like the landscape around us. The red-tailed hawk, which holds a special place in my heart, is a powerful symbol for me. Known as a messenger, the hawk has always spoken to me when I’m out in nature, reminding me of the strength and clarity we can all find in the journey of self-discovery. I wanted a name that honors all of these values — the drive to grow, the wisdom of nature, and the spirit of resilience.
